Shipping Policy
How Kalro Farm delivers animals, produce and orders across Naivasha and the rest of Kenya.
Same-day delivery
Orders placed before 11am for eggs, milk and vegetables are delivered the same day within Naivasha. The standard same-day delivery fee is Ksh 1,000.
Rest of Kenya
Outside Naivasha we deliver by courier or by matatu parcel service. Produce normally arrives the next day; the fee depends on the destination and is quoted before you confirm.
Livestock transport
Animals travel in our own crates or in a vehicle you arrange. We will not load an animal into a vehicle we consider unsafe, and we will help you plan a journey that keeps stress and travel time down.
Collection
You are welcome to collect from the farm by appointment at no delivery charge. Please bring a vehicle suited to what you are collecting.
