Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with what you buy from Kalro Farm. This policy explains when we refund, replace or decline.

Livestock

Because livestock are living animals, sales are final once the animal has left the farm. If an animal is found to have a condition that was present at the point of sale and that we did not disclose, contact us within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund you.

Farm produce

Eggs, milk and vegetables are perishable. If a delivery arrives damaged or below the standard we promised, tell us the same day and we will replace the item or refund it.

Services and courses

A consultation or course can be moved to another date at no charge up to 24 hours beforehand. Cancel inside 24 hours and we will refund half of the fee.
